Hello: I also ordered the Toshiba Micro Drive from Good Deal PC and had an excellent experience so far. I got both a confirming email as well as an email from UPS telling me it had shipped.
I did have to call and argue the shipping costs as the front page of their site clearly promises free shipping for UPS ground and my original invoice showed an $11 cost. But they told me it was confusion on their site and very quickly removed the shipping charges from my invoice. I'll let you know how the unit works when I receive it. Jeff
