Here is what the dialogue box text says when I go in to the connection settings.
What caught my attention was something about the com port not being available. Karen Connection Settings Click Get Connected to connect your mobile device to this computer. Status Waiting for device to connect Get Connected... Allow serial cable or infrared connection to this COM port: COM1 Status COM port is not available Allow USB connection with this desktop computer. Status USB is available Allow network (Ethernet) and Remote Access Service (RAS) server connection with this desktop computer. Status Network is available Status icon Show status icon in Taskbar. OK Cancel Help
