Hi Listers.  This is my first effort at connecting a BrailleNote to a
network and, of course, I have to do so on Saturdays when there is no tech
support available.

The BrailleNote is running KeySoft version 5, and we are using the network
card purchased from PDI.

We can get the machine to sync with the computer via ActiveSync, but we
cannot get the machine to go online or receive email.  This is through a
university's network, and we have proper user id and passwords.  Any
suggestions will be appreciated.
