Hello all. I recently installed Keysoft 4.02, and I've now seen evidence that it definitely handles large files more reliably. In the past I'd had many of my volunteer efforts for Bookshare eaten multiple times, even though there was definitely room on both KS disk and flash drive. Well, I just finished editing a 1.97 meg document and it wasn't eaten once! <grin> I've also worked with editing another large file and had it work fine, so I'm convinced that, if the problem hasn't been completely solved, there has at least been significant improvement. I appreciate the integrity of PDI in that they offered this version with its functional upgrades free of charge to users of version 3 and 4. Kellie
