Hi all I very rarely post to this list but I have had my Braille note just over a year now and use my Braille blazer embosser and they have never worked that well together but I cannot afford to get a new embosser, the problem I am having is that the Braille is fine but it puts in blank lines at random intervals. I did contact pulsedata but they said speak to Blazie engineering and they said speak to pulsedata at the end of the day I am still getting these blank lines and I thought maybe someone out there who uses both might be able to offer some assistance on or off list although off list might be best.
