Hello every one I recently had my Braillenote returned to me after some repairs! When I got it back it had been upgraded to the most current version of key soft witch is a good thing. But I have one problem I am not able to open word documents that I was able to open before. I keep getting an error message that says processor cant access the file because the processor is being used by another process. Any help with this would be appreciated. Oh by the way these documents were scanned and saved as a word doc I am running windows xp with word 2003.
