Hi all.

Maybe this one has been asked over and over again, but anyway here goes.

I have a document that was originally a word file which contains the
headings I use to fill in a report.

I save this file and protect it so I can't overwrite it. I then insert this
into a blank document which of course I have created in KeyWord.  I then
fill in all the headings I need.

I then export it to a word file and copy this to my PC using Active Sync. I
have Office 2000 on my PC.

When I open this file on the PC I am asked if I want to convert it from an
RTF document.

Is this normal? Surely it is a word file.
