Barbara, When I received that message and to reset did not work, it was established that the attachments folder had duplicated itself to fill remaining space on the flash disk and i suppose, probably in the keysoft system disk as well.
If you are able to do that, delete the attachments in that folder. I think you have to do that from within the keymail or keylist folder on the flash disk, as the attachments folder is a subfolder under one of them and it's a hidden file, but unfortunately I cannot recall the exact name. It is not called the attachments folder though and is probably one of the cdb files, but perhaps someone like Dean Jackson could give you more exact instructions. We were not able to delete my attachments folder from within the unit and it had to be done from a pc using active synch. Hth and regards Riana
