Hello list: I'm sending this message one more time because I did not change the subject line. Some that may be able to help might not read that thread and I might not get answers. I finally got the pc to sync with the braillenote. If I tell the braillenote to sync though I get the message "an error has occurred the virtual circuit has been reset by the remote user." Something like that. The pc says that it synced the inbox but the messages weren't there. It says that it put them in the sync folder. How can I read those emails? Should I move them somewhere in order to read them? One last question is can the serial cable be connected to active sync and the ethernet card be connected to the modem at the same time? Does it matter? Any help would be appreciated. Sharon
