Donna, I know exactly what you mean, and the only alternative I can think of is to use place markers at points which you think you may wish to refer to later on.
1. Put the cursor on the first letter of the first word in such a group, and press backspace d. BrailleNote will say: "Define place marker. Letter?" Press any letter from a to z. 2. When you wish to refer back or forward to that particular point, press spacebar j and the machine will say: "Jump to place marker. letter?" Press the letter a, and the place marker will be found immediately. Short of chopping the text into loads of small files, this is the best I can come up with.
