Help!!!
I now have a nonworking Braille display, after letting the unit run down to
reset the battery gauge.
Yes, I've tried space and the thumbkeys. I get the spoken message "the
braille display is not operating".
I tried a hard reset, which puts me back to KS3.07.
Between the Braille questions and the time/date questions, I get a message
"cannot open unicode table file". Could this be the cause of my problem?
I then hit reset twice, to "update system files" and am back with KS4.02,
but still no display.
If I need the Unicode Table file, where can I get it, and where do I copy
it to on the BN?
Thanks in advance for any help!
This happened a year ago, and I sent it in for service. I'd like to fix it
myself if possible, as I'm in the middle of a school semester.
