That option to free database space does exactly what its name says it would do. 
 It frees the space in databases.  The one in the Keymail Setup Menu is for the 
e-mail database.  The other in the Keylist Menu is for the database currently 
selected, say the Address List.  There is no utility to defrag the space in the 
drives.
