I have a persistent problem with ActiveSync disconnecting during file transfers from a Toshiba laptop running Windows XP Home Edition and a Braille Note BT 32 running KeySoft Version 5. I do not lose connection at work from a Windows 2000 system and the same Braille Note. I use a serial port connection in both places. I just purchased a new cable for home use and the disconnecting problem persists. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.
I would add that there is ample room on the flash disk or the Compact Flash Card to receive the size files I am transferring. Many thanks for your thoughts. Terrie Terlau
