Hi Caitlin. IM support is not planned for the immediate future, as in the next couple of releases, but I'm aware it would be a very useful feature. However, some of our customers are actually chatting with their AOL Instant Messenger buddies using the BrailleNote. I've yet to use this service myself and certainly PDI isn't in a position to endorse this service. What we do know is that customers are using it and seem to love it. The idea is that you can send and receive AOL Instant Messages via POP3, meaning you can use KeyMail to instant message.
