I am cross posting this to several lists so if you see it several times, I
apologize in advance.

I am becoming involved in programming and maintaining our telephone switch a
NEC Electra digital System. I would be interested in hearing from others
currently doing this, with respect to adaptive technology hints and kinks.

Is anyone using caller ID with a digital switch to allow voice or braille
readout of terminal set information?

What accessible documentation is available.

thank you!
