I am not currently using an ethernet card but do you mean if I were to network the Bn and the pc together, I would continually have to log in? I actually leave my computer on most of the time would I still have to log in? I actually downloaded active sync from Microsoft's page since it was far newer than the one on my Braillenote cd. I actually did it that way both times. Nobody has ever gotten back to me, while we are on the subject, about what to do with an I. B. M. t. 30 model 2367's end of setting active sync up to run via the infrared port. I'm running xp pro on it if that makes any difference. I really would like to use the ir ports and save my sereal cable for the scannar. Thanks!
