Hi Donna,
Try this and see if it will do what you'd like to do.
Put in your first record. Save it, in the usual manner.
Now, go look up a directory of services entry, and modify it, as you
would in the address list. On a BT keyboard, that's space with C. Now, I
would change the name, maybe call it service provider box 2 or something, so
you can tell the records apart easily.
Then, you change the necessary fields and press space with dots 2 and 5,
the EN sign. I'm sorry, I'm not looking at the manual so don't have the qt
keyboards.
Now, you will have both records.
