To answer your earlier questions: I am using Keysoft 5.1 which I installed myself. I downloaded it to a Compact Flash card. I worked fine for a few weeks until I was doing my math homework and the BrailleNote crashed while I was calculating an Arctan number for a trigonometry assignment. I did the regular reset and Keysoft 5.1 came up with this error message I mentioned. As I said before, nothing appears to be broken or missing, and the message only comes up sporadically. I can exit the message and all is well. I don't want to break anything, I was just concerned about what this message means and it appears I'm not the only one getting it.<smile> Thanks for your assistance, Beth
