No the braille note cannot do streaming audio because it does not have windows media or real player installed in it. It just has a media player mostly used for playing audio books in mp3 that's it. It only plays in mono. If you're going to spend the $2000.00 for a pacmate, just get a laptop, it'll be cheaper, then put jaws on it or whatever and you're ready to go!
