Lisa, I have already answered this one for you. It works for me, so it should work for you.
To read the first e-mail in grade two:-- 1. Options Menu, b for Braille Display Options. 2. Set your preferred reading grade to grade two. 3. Go into your first e-mail message, and go to the top of that message. 4. Assuming that your thumb keys are set to factory default, press the two right-hand ones together until the words "Preferred Reading Grade" show up on the Braille display. 5. Then press spacebar with l or spacebar with c, and your e-mail should be in grade two. If you have any further worries, e-mail me off list, and I'll try and help a bit more, but, as I said, this method works for me, so it should work for you. Do please let me know either way.
