Dear Diane, Some lists require that one does not enter anything in the subject line. Although the default is that the bn/vn requires a subject, there is a work around when one needs a blank subject line:
When prompted for the subject when writing your message, just press enter and proceed to write your message after you have answered to the prompt whether you want to attach a file. When you are finished writing the contents of your message, press exit, bn command space with e and when you are prompted ready to send this message, say yes. You will then receive an error beeb with the message: there is no subject, enter subject and you will be on the subject line. Just press enter and exit again and you will be prompted on whether to save a copy as usual. After you have replied to that you would be put back in the keymail menu. If you want to, you can check your message in the outbox and it will have a blank subject line. Hth and regards Riana
