I'm not sure how to search for the braille character "*99" that is suppose to be the opening and closing quotation mark and when the cursor is placed at the point where this opening quotation mark is the braille display show "$ch".
could someone tell me what kind of character set this is and what I should do to either search for the character or open the document so the proper opening and closing quote will come up? Also, if I had to do a search, what is the search character string I should be using to find what I described above? I'll be watching and waiting to hear what you all have to say. Aloha, Milton M.
