Hi Shelly, I will offer this post on the subject and also ask that you phone the company again and see what they can tell you.
If you are attempting to access e-mail links from web pages that is not supported at this point by the mail program within the Braille Note. You would need to find the e-mail address of the fam forum and use keymail to send a note. As for the other problems, I think some of the freezing behavior may be caused by some of the other controls such as java script contained on web pages. In addition if a page is heavily in graphical content these will be difficult for the browser to support as in general the web browser does not support large graphical output. Hope that helps.
