I just don't understand why people's files get trashed. What is it that
causes this?
Is it use of active sync to send files to the bn or to your computer?

It sounds like there's absolutely no way to protect things effectively. I
can't count the number of times large Bookshare files I was working on got
total demolished and I had to start all over. Grrrrrr!
