Hi Lisa. Two ideas here: First, if you want to see whether something is coming out okay use the speech; if everything is in a translation mess the speech will be garbled. Second, I'm not sure if this applies because I'm not exactly sure what procedure you followed, but you can't just insert grade 2 markers in something you've already written in keymail. You'd have to rewrite your responses first putting in the indicators. If that's what you already did and it didn't work then unfortunately you may have to follow Jim Taylor's suggestion of writing in computer braille. I know what a pain that is, but I would prefer it to a reader any day. Or, as others have mentioned, you could save the prof's message to a file and work in there; Keyword might be a bit more flexible. I've had this problem when replying to a message in Spanish, so I know how frustrating it is. Hth, Kellie
