Dear Ann and List, If this is a ridiculous question I apologyse, but why would one prefer to use active sinc if you have two email addresses to transfer files? We struggled more than thirty minutes to get the active sinc connection to work when my keysoft upgrade was transferred from my distributor's pc to my voicenote and when I asked why it's such an issue, he said that such hassels are normal when using active sinc. In contrast, Accept for the lack of speed, I have never had a problem to download a big email message to my vn, after I have increased the admissible email size from the default of 50k to 10000k; although, Prior to my changing of that setting, even the daily digests were to big to download.
Apart from the keysoft and synchronisation programs, I was told that one is in any event not supposed to download other programs to the vn/bn. Thanks and regards Riana
