Hi all, Being a newbie to the QT, my model came with the new style soft leather case (which smells gorgeous!).
Like many, it would have been nice to have room for the charger etc, and yes the strap is a little long. The solution, pop along to your local Wal-Mart where you will find a brilliant little gear bag for around $6.00. It's made by a company called EastSport Outdoor Co. It is just a little larger than the BN/QT (in it's case) and enables you to fit the BN/QT within it, and the bonus it that it has several other zipper pouches and well as a handle and sensible sized shoulder straps. Certainly enough room to fit your charger, modem cable, serial cable and cards without being bulky. Obviously if you're a GPS user it may not quite be suitable, but I find it and ideal solution and makes the BN/QT more protected and shower-proof too - oh and guys it's black in colour so don't worry about it resembling a bright pink purse or anything!!
