Jerry, Doing a simple reset will fix this problems. As a rule of thumb, always do a simple reset to see if your error message, sluggishness, unretrievable websites becomes fixed. The one exception to this rule, of course, is keymail, where doing a simple ret at the wrong time may cause database corruption. Laura
