Another thing you can do is in the keyword menu is a settings menu way down at 
the end and you can set the bn to different formats so when your document is 
saved it can be saved, for example, as an ms word file.
That is how I have mine set so I can have absolute seamless integration between 
my laptop and the bn.
Just another choice, I am definitely not saying this is the right way as in the 
appendix section and I can't recall right now if it is appendix D. or G. right 
the very last line of the document says if you are running office xp you can 
set thebn to convert to pocket word format and it should work. This is an 
exception to the rule where they tell you to turn the convert to pocket word to 
off in the Active Sync settings under tools.
I have it turned off as I rarely use active sync to move files because my 
laptop has an excellent pcmcia slot and I just find it much quicker to use that 
and the microdrives to move files back and forth.
