I just had a strange thing happen while I was processing messages in email. I had just written a message and the system asked me "save a copy of this message?" simple question, right? Well, I responded no, and the system got really really quiet; I mean no beep, no nothing. After waiting about five minutes I nervously did a simple reset.
Well, when I got back into my email, all seemed okay. I went into the outbox and found the last message I had written. So I exited all the way out. Nowhere along the way did the system ask me if I wanted to send my email or empty the trash. So I went back in and freed my database space. 0 bytes were freed. I once more exited from the email system with no prompts for emptying the trash or sending email. So I next went to read email from my trash can. From the email menu in that folder, I chose "empty trash" and 42 messages were emptied. Then I went into the "connect to a service" option and it automatically got new email, then sent my email. It looks like things are back to normal, but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced a similar problem, and what you did about it. Thanks, Bob.
