For a fuller explanation of my thinking here, see an earlier reply I sent to 
Laura.

I'm not saying take the connect to service  out of keymail, I'm saying that 
it's just as logical to expect it in keyweb as it is to expect it in keymail.  
Therefore, why not put it some place where everyone could get to it, I 
suggesting the utilities menu.  Maybe someone else knows of a better place to 
put it.
