Hi, Further to Thursday's message, I would just like to clarify a few points.
First of all, I did have Keysoft 5 installed. Each time the Braillenote resets and re-formats the flash disk, obviously I lose this and go back to the version in rom. However, when I ddowmloaded 5,1 I was running keysoft 5. When I started the instalation of 5,1 I was asked to do a hard reset of the Braillenote thus returning it to the version of keysoft burned into rom (version 4,2 I think). My planner had hardly any appointments in it at all. Indeed, I didn't even get the chance to answer the question on importing the Planner before the Braillenote locked up. It simply asked the question and then froze. Nothing I did helped. Now, if I want to use the planner it says Cannot start the alarm system and open the planner, press reset, if the problem persists re-install 5,1. I have tried both of these options to no avail. I've just started a new job and really need an operational planner. I suppose if I must, I can try re-installing Keysoft 5, but I would very much like to use the better planner.
