I followed your direction but I didn't find anything in the list of
printers. Why is this? I did a reset to see if this would fix the problem
but it didn't The default printer is set to standard and I can't print
with this one so I wanted to find another one. I am using a hp 350cbi
portable printer.

The list of printers is under the setup printer. When you go to print
the BN prompts to print or setup printer. You should select setup
printer with "S" and after a few items in the list, you will find the
printer list. It says "Printer type" and then displays the current
printer and then says "Change?" you press "Y" to change and enter. The
list of printers is then displayed. Press enter on the printer you
desire.
Please note this is with a BN QT.
