Terry, this is a feature of our Mailman software that prevents requests 
designed for the list processor from going to the entire list. When you 
put "help" in the subject line as a single word without any further 
explanation, it held your message just in case you were actually wanting 
help for list commands. Generally, the more explicit your message subject 
line is, the more likely you are to receive quality help, since busy 
people who skim the list and not read every post will often choose whether 
to read an entire message or not based on its subject line and whether 
they feel they can offer assistance.
