I have a couple of problems I wonder if someone could address. 1 Sometimes, when I try to send or receive email, the machine (a bt running ks 4.01 with classic motherboard) says it is connected and all, then continues to beep indefinitely and eventually the server may disconnect, but the bn just goes on beeping. When I check status, the bn says "connecting to pop server." The same thing happens when I try to send email. The machine may say "connecting to smtp server," or sometimes it says "sending message -- 100 percent complete" and just sits there beeping indefinitely. Also, sometimes in the middle of receiving email, the machine stops beeping and speaking but the braille display continues to show the changing numbers of incoming mail. Just now, I wanted to look I something in the manual or user guide quickly, so I did the options menu and u and was asked if I wanted to look up table of contents or index. No mater which one I asked for, the bn said it couldn't find the file. I also lost anything about manuals in the folder on the ks disk. I reinstalled everything, ks 4.01 and the usa classic manual and everything. Still no go on the files. I would really appreciate any help I can get! thanks all.
