Dear Brenda, Here is a back door way to get the e-mail count. I get the e-mail count by chord 2 6 for the e-mail action menu, then the letter a for mark all e-mail. The BN then tellss me how many e-mails are marked, which is all of the e-mail in that folder. Of course, you might not really want to do anything more with these marked files. So you might want to then exit and re-enter that folder to unmark these e-mails.
I would like to know if there is a more direct way to get an e-mail count.
