Hi Kirstyn and Josh,

The bn/vn can definitely read rtf messages. I have replied to messages from
this list from my work address using outlook on the pc, where i have
specifically changed the setting from the default sending in html to rtf and
all my messages reached the list and could be read as usual.
I receive this list's digests on my vn and one wouldn't even notice that it was
sent in rtf, unless one perhaps examines and understands what is listed under
content type at the start of each message.

The advantage to compose messages in rtf rather than in plain text from
outlook, is that all format characters like bold or underlining disappear in
plain text messages, when sent. Set to rtf, formatting is retained though.

Now about the bug of disappearing email Kirstyn and Maria:
I have tested with this message by writing it partly and then left by way of
the application switch command to keyword where i accessed and read a document.
I returned to my email message with enter with backspace with e and was put
within the message i had been composing. I wrote a further sentence and said i
wish to send. Then I checked the message in the outbox and everything is in
tact. I am now adding this result whilst the message is already in the outbox,
but if there previously was a bug, it is not evident at present.

I'm using keysoft 5 point 1.

Regards
Riana
