I wrote that post, because I can't use it because the battery is completely
dead.  And, my good old $800 for two years warranty doesn't cover the
battery.   As far as people talking about this issue, I do agree, that we
have
probably said all that needs to be said.  PDI has been told many times that
the BN needs updating.  When someone gets frustrated and has tried to speak
their mind to a company, and has not been listened too, then, they make
their feelings known in this manner. I agree, that flaming people for their
opinions is very inappropriate, and isn't proper list etiquette.  But,
Kirstin, and others have raised very valuable points regarding issues
needing to be solved on PDI's end.

Now, if the person who helped me buy it were alive, I guarantee, he wouldn't
be mad at me for not using it.  In fact, he would have probably did his own
complaining to PDI. Oh, if I could, I probably would sell it, but, knowing
how lacking it is in it's capacities, I wouldn't even get half of what I
paid for it in the first place.
