Hi Jonathan, here are my results to the Keyplan Survey:

1. On average, how many appointments would you have in your Planner each week?
5-10.

> 2. When an appointment has past, do you go back and delete it, or do you
> retain the appointment as a form of record keeping? I delete it.

> 3. Do you keep planners from previous years? No.

> 4. Please feel free to add any comments about what you'd like to see in the
> Planner in future? 1. I would like the ability to be able to set an
> appointment which regularly occurs but only have to set it once ie regular
> daily/weekly/month/yearly appointments.

2. The ability to have the alarm on a choice of tones/chimes or vibrating or
both.

3. The ability when writing appointment notes or title to have no limit on
length.

4. A reminder facility, so that when you switch on your machine, you will get
on the braille display or in speech, depending on what setting you have set, a
message telling you that you have appointments for that day. You could either
have this set to remind you or have it switched off.

Thanks fkr giving me the possibility of completing this survey.

Finally, please could zou explain, how if I had a very busy planner file, how
could I incorporate this into a wordprocessing file/an email or as part of a
form on an internet site - thus if you can't do it now, then the ability to
combine the email/internet/planner operations.

Cheers, Steve Thacker
