Tina, follow these steps and see if it works >From the main menu, press f for file manager.
Press m to move a file. If you are given a foldername, press backspace to select a drive. Press k to select the keysoft drive. Next, select the file you want to move. You will then be prompted for a destination drive. You should be able to press f for flash, c for compactflash, or s for the storage card. You will then be prompted to wait, and then told, "1 file moved". If this doesn't work, write to the list and we'll see if someone can help you out.
