Hi Kathy, Once you learn to use the e-mail and internet features, it is a lot easier to use your Bn.
I surf the net and send and receive e-mails every day with my voicenote. To me, it is sometimes, better then using the telephone. The commands are more simple than using JAWS. I find that using my voicenote, I can download e-mails and be off line before my computer is finished booting up.
