That "KeySoft" file is your Clipboard, so don't trash it. As far as your other file goes, I do not have this file in the root directory of my Flash Disk, as you seem to. My BrailleNote apparently works fine without it, but I wouldn't advise trashing it until someone can tell us why it's in your unit. HTH, and sorry I could only help you with one of them. Maria
