Hi again, with more of my BrailleNote woes,
  Well, things have gone from bad to worse. I tried to turn my BrailleNote on, 
to back up my files, of all things. It seemed to turn on all right, but when I 
tried to get to the main menu, I heard the speech crackle briefly, then the 
BrailleNote tried, unsuccessfully, to reset itself. I never heard those chimes. 
After waiting a few minutes with nothing happening, I turned it off, then tried 
to turn it on. I got a beep that indicates the beginning of a reset, but 
nothing happens. Repeated efforts to turn it on results in the same thing.
  Please help!! Does anyone know the tech support number for PulseData that I 
can call? I live in British Columbia, Canada.
