Hi, I've been having problems getting my email but I solved them now. It was my fault, the people at the university changed their network settings so I had to change my settings in the braillenote.
Also, do they make wireless ethernet card adaptors? For example, you plug it into the compact flash slot on the braillenote, then plug in the wireless card into the battery-powered adaptor, and the braillenote thinks that it's an ethernet connection and in reality it's wireless? Also, does www.amazon.com work with the braillenote? Can I go on there and buy stuff? I'm at home from school for the summer so am completely dependent on the braillenote for web access and email. I'm getting a cheap artic notetaker but i doubt that'll work with the internet since it doesn't have windows on it. Also, if there are absolutely no wireless adaptors pulsedata better make some changes soon because i heard or read on a website that in two years they're going to be putting wireless internet on airplanes as a slightly extra cost. If PDI doesn't give us wireless support by the time I need it which is probably in two years or so I'll buy a laptop and keep the braillenote. Also, Somehow I don't think all websites will make you use internet explorer 6 or higher. This note-taker seems the equivalent of windows95 computer from my perspective, or that's what I told my grandmother when she couldn't understand why I couldn't access all the websites like on a regular pc.
