Paul, can you please give me more info regarding what version of KeySoft is on the flash disk and what version of KeySoft is burnt into ROM? I don't believe we've seen this one before but I can't be absolutely sure of that till I've looked at the bug tracking database we have at work and have spoken to Maurice. Obviously, I'd be interested to hear from anyone else on this list who has also experienced this particular problem.
