Ann is partially right In version 5, when downloading, you should be asked, "download to which folder?" with downloads being the default. However, as has been previously discussed, a copy of everything that is downloaded is stored in your keysoft system disk temporarily. Since there are only 8 megs of memory, and that's EMPTY, you will not be able to download these files using the bn. Laura
