There's no need to format the card.  Just put it into the BN, and you can use 
it right away.  The unit should say "Card Recognized".  To save or read 
anything on the card, proceed as you would to read any other document, but 
select the CompactFlash drive instead of any other.  I use a BrailleNote BT 
(Braille style keyboard), so I can't give you commands for your QT, but there 
are sections of the User Guide in Chapter 3 about the Word Processor called 
"Documents, Folders, and Drives" (with sub-sections) and "Selecting a Document" 
that will help you.  In the BT manual for KeySoft 5, the sections are 3.5 (also 
3.5.1, 3.5.2, 3.5.3, 3.5.4) and 3.6.  The numbers would probably be somewhat 
similar in the QT manual.  Hope this helps.
