I couldn't download the tutorial MP3 files to the BrailleNote, either. It sat there beeping for almost an hour and then disconnected. I had to use the PC. I've been using the BrailleNote for over a year and so didn't need the tutorial but I wanted to see if I could download it to the BrailleNote and listen to it on the MP3 player. I've never been able to download any MP3 file longer than 20 minutes onto the BrailleNote with the dialup connection.

I've also been unable to transfer MP3 files from my computer to the BrailleNote to listen to with the MP3 player. Active Sync works fine for transferring text files but not MP3 files. This has been my experience. Because of these obstacles, I have been unable to make much use of the BrailleNote's MP3 player.

I thought the tutorial was fantastic, however.

Thanks.

Judy
