Dear Diane, I don't mind normal capitalization, but I'm not too hep on double caps.
I know the British have two Duxbury tables, one without caps and one with caps. One thing I've often wondered is how do blind children learn proper capitalization if they never see capital signs in their braille documents and textbooks?
