Crystal, Any exception command error (be it violation writing, violation reading, data misalignment" or anything that follows the words "exception command" in the error message, requires a reset. Even if you can sometimes exit that message, a reset is still recommended because you will soon run into weird behavior while using some other Keysoft application. Further, if you receive an exception command error message like that, it means Keyweb cannot access that part of the website properly, and only a computer will save the day.
